Genesis Maui is just a gorgeous island. There are so many diverse locations that bring this island alive. This is a popular spot for me as well as tourist when I visit the island. I've shot this location mostly in the middle of the day, because its all the way on the other side of the island. But, this time I wanted to get a shot of sunrise with no one around. So, I got up early to make the long trek around the island and while it was still dark and early, I made myself down to the ocean. All I could hear the blowhole shooting up. It was a pure adrenaline rush. I was very careful not to set up to close to the edge, but to make sure that I get the true essence of the scene. I'm proud to say, that this shot took Bronze in the Epson International Pano Awards.
